Holi Pop up Lunch
On the occasion of Holi, we hosted a fun ‘Holi Pop Up Lunch’ in collaboration with Chef Subhayan Das at Poppins Hotal. Chef Subhayan specially curated a unique walnut inspired menu that beautifully infused walnuts in the Indian festive delicacies. He also demonstrated easy to make popular Holi sweets during an interactive live cooking session to showcase exciting ways to include walnuts in festive mithais.
