California Walnuts Cook Book Launch

California walnuts launched its Cook Book – “My Indian Kitchen with California Walnuts” – a collection of regional & traditional delectable recipes authored by celebrity and mentor chef Varun Inamdar at the Foodhall Cookery Studio in Mumbai. The event kick-started with the Community Cook-Off by Chef Varun Inamdar which was attended by well known Professional Home Bakers, Bakery owners, and Restaurateurs who created lip-smacking delicacies using California Walnuts. With an objective to educate the professional home bakers and other key stakeholders about the versatility and nutritional facts of California Walnuts, Chef Varun Inamdar created some recipes with the wonder nut for them to get a first-hand experience of cooking with California Walnuts.
