California Walnuts Evening Soirée

CWC India hosted California Walnuts Evening Soiree in association with Chef Rakhee Vaswani, one of India’s most famous faces in the culinary sphere and the owner of Palate Culinary Academy. The event witnessed leading bloggers, home chefs, and inﬂuencers battling against each other in a fun cook-off using mystery ingredients with California walnuts as the core element in their dishes. The participants came up with quirky delicacies, which were then judged by our expert panel consisting of Ms. Pamela Graviet, Chef Rakhee Vaswani, Chef Varun Inamdar and Mr. Kunal Vijayakar-renowned food blogger and actor. The winning team was gratiﬁed with a customized California walnut gift hamper. The cook-off was followed by a networking dinner which consisted of a lavish spread of California walnut inspired recipes. Here are a few pictures of the fun-filled event.
