Flavours Of India With California Walnuts
To celebrate walnuts as an integral part of India’s diverse food and ethnic delicacies, CWC India hosted ‘Flavours of India with California Walnuts’ a Community Dinner at EK Bar, New Delhi. The event saw an attendance of over 90 guests that included influencers and eminent personalities from the F&B industry who came together to try out walnut inspired menu curated by Chef Ruchira Hoon. Addressing the gathering were Ms. Pamela Graviet, Senior Marketing Director, International, California Walnut Commission, and Board, who spoke about the health benefits and versatility of walnuts along with Mr. AD Singh, Managing Director, Olive Bar and Kitchen Pvt. Ltd, who shared his thoughts on associating with California walnuts.
